At HerbTib, we value trust, transparency, and responsibility. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered.

Due to the nature of herbal, Unani, and Ayurvedic products, we follow strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.


1. Nature of Products

HerbTib deals in herbal wellness products, traditional medicines, and personal care items. For safety and regulatory reasons:

  • Products are not eligible for return once delivered, except in limited circumstances outlined below

  • Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded

This policy helps ensure product integrity and consumer safety.


2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be considered only if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • The product received is incorrect (not as per order confirmation)

  • The product received is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear images or videos must be provided as proof

  • The product must remain unused and in original packaging


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned due to change of mind

  • Orders delayed due to logistics or customs clearance

  • Products rejected or seized by customs authorities

  • Orders placed with incorrect address or customer details


4. International Orders & Customs Refusal

For international shipments:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring products comply with local import regulations

  • Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance charges are borne by the customer

  • Orders refused, delayed, or confiscated by customs are not eligible for refund

HerbTib does not guarantee customs clearance, as this is governed by destination-country authorities.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days

  • Shipping charges, customs fees, and gateway charges are non-refundable


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible

  • HerbTib reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, regulatory issues, or compliance concerns

If cancelled by HerbTib, a full refund will be processed.


7. No Medical Claims Disclaimer

HerbTib products are offered for general wellness purposes only.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, in accordance with regulatory and payment-gateway guidelines.
