At HerbTib, payment integrity, transparency, and security are fundamental to our operations. This Payment Policy forms an integral part of our Terms & Conditions, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, and should be read in conjunction with them.


1. Transparent Pricing & Charges

  • All product prices displayed on HerbTib are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise

  • There are no hidden charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (for international orders) are not included and are the customer’s responsibility, as detailed in our Shipping Policy

The amount shown at checkout is the exact amount payable to HerbTib.


2. Accepted Payment Methods

HerbTib accepts prepaid payment methods only, including:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Internet Banking

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, in alignment with our Shipping and Compliance Policies.


3. Payment Security Standards

  • HerbTib does not store or process card details on its servers

  • All transactions are handled through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways

  • Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protects all payment data

This ensures confidentiality, data integrity, and fraud prevention.


4. Payment Failure & Debited Amounts

If a payment attempt fails but the amount is debited:

  • Customers should first verify the transaction status with their bank or card issuer

  • In most cases, banks automatically reverse the amount within 7 business days

  • Reversal timelines may vary by bank and payment method

HerbTib does not have control over bank-initiated reversals and cannot expedite them.


5. Amount Credited to HerbTib

If your bank confirms that the amount has been credited to HerbTib despite a failed transaction:

  • Please contact our support team with transaction details

  • Upon verification, HerbTib will initiate a refund within 3 business days

Refund reflection timelines (subject to bank processing):

  • Net Banking: 2–4 business days

  • Debit Card: 5–7 business days

  • Credit Card: 7–21 business days


6. Refunds, Cancellations & Shipping Alignment

  • Refunds are processed strictly in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, as stated in our Terms

  • Once dispatched, orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and are generally non-returnable due to product nature

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and gateway fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law


7. International Orders & Customs

For international transactions:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local import regulations

  • Payment confirmation does not guarantee customs clearance

  • Orders refused, delayed, or seized by customs authorities are not eligible for refund, as outlined in our Shipping and Refund Policies


8. Compliance, Fraud Prevention & Right to Refuse

HerbTib reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend transactions flagged for fraud or regulatory risk

  • Request additional verification for compliance purposes

  • Refuse service where required by law or payment-gateway regulations

All such actions are aligned with our Terms & Conditions.
